    Hi!
    I have the same problem. Try to do a zumba workout. They are dance workouts that are fun to do. Sometimes it’s hard to find videos online, but you could buy them at walmart. They are easy to follow and is not boring.

    If you are having trouble eating next to people, you could try not eating next to them. Take your salad and leave.

    So far this has worked for me.
