    @TheMRamstaffI try not to focus on ONE specific product as there are SO many out there and the most famous ones are not always the best. So what I do from time to time is talk about what to look for when you buy certain supplements as this gives you real power and knowledge to walk into any store and to be able to look at the label and to know if it’s a good product or not . I did this with protein powders a few weeks ago. You can see that article on my site.

    @runescapeclassicable Yip you can start with 2kg, but you will need to move up after 2 workouts or so. If you can do more then 20 reps the weight is to low.

    @curlykid1 Straight away as in FIRST you mean? In that case no. In fact don’t train them on days when you will be doing exercises where you will be using them anyway e.g. Your back workout day. Train them on a separate day.
