Best way to lose fat is do cardio eg cycling jogging running etc. But if you want to exercise in your room and you don’t have any cardio equipment eg stationary bike rowing machine etc best thing to do is circuit training
Exercises will only tone the muscle beneath your tummy fat. If you want to look less fat you need to lose some of the fat! At your height and age you could lose a stone and still be healthy, but I am not telling you that you are fat. Look at your mother – if she has a similar shape you have inherited it and I do not think that you should fight it too hard – you are the way nature intended! References :

10 x raised sits ( put your feet on the bed)
10 x heal taps ( ly on your back and alternate touching ypur heals
