Adipex is a diet pill that can be used for one month. It has some amphetamine effects so your only allowed to have it as prescribed. A regular Dr. can monitor your weight loss.

Ok-you have to understand that loosing weight, no matter where it came from is about:

    1-diet & exercise
    2-the law of ballances-calories

#1-If you are exercising, but not loosing weight it could be due to what you are ingesting. Low fat, high carb (70%-ish) and moderate protein intake. You have to stay away from emptie calories (ie-soda). Eat your healthy meals on a salad plate to avoid overeating…..which leads to:
#2. For every calorie you take in, you must burn it, otherwise it goes to storage. The ONLY way to loose weight is to burn more calories than you take in….no matter what you do (unless you get a tummy tuck) you have to take time to get the weight off. Normal/healthy weight loss is ~1-2lbs/week. It didnt take a week to put the weight on, its not going to take a week to loose it either. Again, the KEY is to burn more than you take in. Running, swimming and biking can be some of the best "fat burn" exercises you can do….dont worry about teh whole "fat zone" thing either…just burning them is the key.

Now to your question: As you can tell, Im not a component of diet pills. This is because there have been TONS and TONS of these "get slim quick" pills which have lead to liver failure, heart attacks and other adverse side affects.

Make small goals: 2lbs/week *1month=8 pounds/month….*3 months=24-25 lbs. Thats alot of weight. just keep at it, and you will be fine.
