    yeah sure, it just may not happen as fast as you want it too. could take awhile. just eat good. eat high in protein too, eventually protein will build muscle on your stomach, as long as you are doing some sort of activity.

    If you are young (under 12 yrs old) you will lose the flab and the fat. Stick to a strict diet and eventually your tummy will look flat.

    Otherwise working -out and weight training will help you lose the flab as long as you continue to follow a regular exercise program.

    No you have to work up a sweat in excersise and sit ups using a sit up padwith a ladder so you can adjust how high you want it as higher the sit up seats the harder the sit ups get and the more chance you have atlosing fat on your gut
