Due to time constraints and weather, I have to stay indoors. Are jumping jacks effective in weight loss and ripping (toning) of body? If so, what amount, speed, and frequency do I do them at? I do not want to run because it is not feasible for me at this time of the year. I just need something that is as effective and can be done in a single room.
Thanks.
Jumping jacks alone, no, but over all they are good for weight loss. For me, a 6 ft 180lbs guy I lose 776 carbs per hr doing jumping jacks… i wouldn’t suggest doing em for a hour
I need to lose a sizable amount of weight safetly and effectively but need some guidance from someone (or a website) with detailed instructions. Would prefer a program that someone has personally experienced and had success with.
Here is a place that reviews a bunch of weight loss programs, dieting aides, supplements and so on. The site even has categories like diabetes, low fat and hypnosis. Pretty cool site.

Many of the programs listed have consumer reviews, so you can read what others think of the different programs before you decide on one for yourself.
Hope this helps – good luck to you!
need an effective weight loss diet or exercise program. Have to fit into a bathing suit in 3 months?
http://www.fitday.com/ has an online diet journal you can use to keep track of your calorie intake. It’s free but they also sell a very good program which also includes a fitness log and weight goal tracking.
Hi there!
Do men lose weight around their waistlines last of all? Is this the last place that the body looks to to burn fat? I was just wondering if anybody knew, cos I seem to be steadily losing weight, but with no visible difference in my waist circumference- I know it’ll come off eventually, but is there any truth that it comes off last of all?!!? My dimensions are: Age 21, Weight 10 stones 3 pounds, Waist 34 inches, Height 5 feet 7 inches
Cheers in advance!!
Depends. Work all areas of your body that are not responding well more than the rest. For your abs, do crunches. Situps I see as being more for the hips. It also depends on how wide your hips are in the first place. You cant reduce bone size. Also, work on posture. Try to get into the habit of always standing up straight and feeling strong and tall. Try to always keep the abs tight(ish) otherwise the stomach will slump. Hold your stomach in but dont do it to the extent that it obstructs your lungs. This eventually becomes habit.
Hi! I was wondering if I should take Xenadrine or Rapidcuts. I know people are saying just diet and exercise, i do that but i want a boost.
I was wondering if anyone can give me details on both products. And which one they recommend… also i was wondering if anyone can tell me which one is more natural ( less chemicals). Thank You!.
Drop the pills, eat healthy, and get on a threadmill. That way you will lose weight.
