As lot of women believe weight training makes you big ,muscular and they will start looking like men if they lift heavy weights,but the fact is exactly the opposite.Weight training does not make you big and muscular,if you are getting influenced by looking at all the female body builders and thinking why they are big and muscular, its purely because all female body builders take male hormonal steroids( testosterone) and thats why they are big and muscular, if you look at them closely they all have broad jaw line and men like features and these are all side effects of taking male hormonal steroids. Weight training is one on the best ways to keep women well toned and have a nice figure…..trust me you cant get those curves if you are just doing cardio.
Doing weight training on regular basis will not only help you lose weight,get toned but will also delay the onset of osteoporosis as regularweight traning also enhances bone density.
