Certified Personal trainer Melissa of CitiFLEX.com in Texas, Colorado, and California shows some of her own bleacher workout. Her bleacher workout lasts an hour because she runs up the 72 steps 26 times and does pushups, dips and other exercises in between sets of bleachers. Lose weight fast with this workout and have amazing calves too. What does running bleachers do?
