Weight training is one on the best ways to keep women well toned and have a nice figure…..trust me you cant get those curves if you are just doing cardio.

Doing weight training on regular basis will not only help you lose weight,get toned but will also delay the onset of osteoporosis as regularweight traning also enhances bone density.
