<p>There are many ways you can train to get you where you want to be. The important point is train at your capacity, ability and most importantly for your time! Today I&#8217;m going to show you how to choose the right split for you to get the results you want, be it building muscle or losing fat!</p>
<p>The science is simple, the more you train, the more fatigue you incur which is why you have to make sure you don&#8217;t do too much volume and completely fatigue your body in any one session. This accumulation of too much soreness is not respecting your body&#8217;s natural rhythm and will result in a poor performance. You need to stimulate your body properly, consistently, in order to see results. Its all about volume and intensity. The more you train the muscle, the less total work you&#8217;d do each session. To put it another way, if you wanted to work your chest, you can either do 1 day with 18 sets and emphasize it or do it over three days with six sets each. Each method has its own merit.</p>
<p>The first question you have to ask is how many days can you train at the gym? This is the best way to determine your split. And this discussion only includes weight lifting, nothing about circuits for fat loss which are separate</p>
<p>3 Days<br />
Full Body with Each Day Being a Different Emphasis<br />
6-8 Compound Movements, 3 sets each with<br />
10 minutes of accessory movements at End<br />
Schedule: Mon. Wed. Fri.</p>
<p>4 Days<br />
2 Days Upper Body Emphasis<br />
On These Days Pick 3 Upper Body Movements,<br />
1 Leg Exercise and do 5 sets Each</p>
<p>2 Days Lower Body Emphasis<br />
On These Days Pick 2 Lower Body Movements,<br />
2 Upper Body Movements, 5 sets each<br />
Schedule Mon. Upper Tues. Lower Thur. Upper Fri. Lower</p>
<p>You can do accessory movements inbetween sets if you want</p>
<p>5 Days<br />
This is where you can take multiple paths</p>
<p>For Fat Loss its definitely 2 Upper, 2 Lower Body,<br />

<p>Traditional Bodybuilding which is useful to bring up a lagging muscle group but not as effective for overall mass.</p>
<p>Split Training<br />
Mon. Chest/Back Tues. Legs Thurs. Arms Friday Shoulders<br />
Saturday Either Chest/Back again or emphasize lagging muscles</p>
<p>6 Days<br />
Mon. Upper Tues Lower<br />
Wed Specialization<br />

1 Day to Focus on Your Weakensses</p>
<p>This is the best way to split up your training. I should say this, if you can only make it to the gym 3 days a week but want to do more work, training in the morning one work out, and train in the evening another. So say you want to do six work outs, but can only go to the gym 3 days.</p>

<p>Don&#8217;t Have Training ADD, Pick Particular Exercises and Become Great at Them<br />
While your body does need variety, there are certain types of big compound lifts that you should emphasize and keep in regular rotation in your training. Squats, deadlifts, rows, pull-ups, a shoulder press, a benchpress.  To become good at an exercise&#8230;you have to do it frequently! To be constantly changing your work out every week to &#8220;shock your muscles&#8221; will leave you weak as a kitten and smaller than Justin Bieber.</p>
<p>Whether its weight loss or gaining muscle my philosophy is to have a variety of energy system work, so change up the cardio and to keep your bread and butter on the main compound movements for exercise.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t Count How Long You Are Resting<br />
Its true, in work outs for clients I write down times to rest. And for beginners its a great idea to have a ball  park figure on how long to rest. But the truth is, once you start listening to your body, you&#8217;ll find that you can determine how long you should rest.</p>
<p>You can auto regulate this by feeling when your heart rate returns to normal and you feel primed to lift the weight. Lots of trainers will try to look fancy by always timing you, but really they&#8217;re just trying to look busy.</p>
<p>Have a Back Up Plan<br />
You should be planning your work outs every time you come into the gym. But you should have three different versions of your work outs, an easy one, a regular one, and a difficult one. But what if the work out you just planned is way too intense for the day? You know what I mean. You&#8217;re tired, you don&#8217;t want to work out and you just aren&#8217;t feeling it. Well instead of committing suicide by doing a routine thats too hard, have a back up plan and do your lighter work out. At the same time, if you just got a promotion, snorted some coke and are flying as high as a kite- do your harder work out.</p>
<p>Listening to your body day by day is far more important for progress, that way you won&#8217;t over train or under training on any day, you&#8217;ll be targeting your muscles perfectly.</p>

Weight training is one on the best ways to keep women well toned and have a nice figure&#8230;..trust me you cant get those curves if you are just doing cardio.</p>
<p>Doing weight training on regular basis will not only help you lose weight,get toned but will also delay the onset of osteoporosis as regularweight traning also enhances bone density.</p>

Her bleacher workout lasts an hour because she runs up the 72 steps 26 times and does pushups, dips and other exercises in between sets of bleachers. Lose weight fast with this workout and have amazing calves too. What does running bleachers do?
